If anyone needs scorecards, I've mocked up a couple that you can download and print from the website (no one could find the original template and scans of scans don't tend to turn out great, so please use these if you can):If you're printing on A4, use this one, which has two scorecards to a page; if you're printing on A5, use this one with a single scorecard.
